I could not recommend doing an Unstuck board with Latha more highly. The board is created visually while you speak, structured, purposeful, and something you can always carry with you, just one page. It revealed skills and assets I didn't even know I had, and by the end of the session, Latha helped me craft an elevator speech of what I do. I left my session feeling lighter, peaceful, with clear notes and a one-page summary of who I am and who I want to be.
